Cellulite
SMOOTH OUT CELLULITE, NATURALLY!
WHY DO I HAVE CELLULITE?
There are a number of factors that contribute to the formation of cellulite, including genetics, lifestyle choices, and hormones. At WaySlim and Skin, we have non-surgical cellulite reduction treatments that use advanced multi-polar radio frequency technology to safely target and shrink cellulite and underlying fat cells, while boosting collagen production to improve the appearance of bumps and dimpling. These treatments are very comfortable and can be customized to target cellulite and/or laxity at any stage with no downtime.
In just a few treatments, you'll see a noticeable difference in the appearance of your skin!
Why?
Cellulite is a skin condition caused by fat cells bulging through the layers of skin. This causes a lumpy appearance.
What?
Venus Bliss is an efficient machine that reduces the appearance of cellulite by causing natural lipolysis.
How?
The treatment strengthens the various layers of skin, preventing adipose tissues (fatty tissue) from bulging.

Before and After
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I have darker skin – can I still get this treatment done?
A: Yes. Venus bliss treatments use technology that is safe for all skin tones, even darker ones.
Q: How many sessions will I need to see results?
A: The smoothing of cellulite and/or the tightening of skin are cumulative processes that take place over time. Therefore, a series of treatments is required in order to achieve results. Most patients should expect to receive 6-8 treatments per area with minimal maintenance thereafter. The exact number will depend on each individual person and the area being treated.
Most patients begin to see some overall improvement after they’ve received 3-4 treatments (i.e. 3-4 weeks).
Q: Is there any downtime?
A: Venus cellulite reduction/tightening treatments require absolutely no downtime. The treatment area may look a little flushed and warm to the touch, but this will go away within 1-2 hours. Immediately after your session, you can return to your normal daily activities. This includes the application of lotion.
Q: How often/far apart should the treatments be?
A: For best results, cellulite/tightening treatments should be done once a week during the primary course of treatment.
After a series of treatments is completed, patients will be at the maintenance level for that particular area. While the need for maintenance sessions will vary between individual patients, patients should generally expect to receive treatment once every 2-3 months to retain optimal results.
Q: Is the treatment painful?
A: Venus Concept’s cellulite/tightening treatments are generally very comfortable, especially since the level of heat and suction can easily be adjusted at any time to suit you. Most patients find the treatments rather soothing and describe them as feeling like a warm massage.
Q: What areas can be treated?
A: The Venus Bliss MP2 can be used to smooth cellulite and tighten laxity in the areas of the abdomen, arms, back/bra line, buttocks, flanks, knees and thighs.
Q: Are results permanent?
A: Cellulite reduction/tightening treatments are cumulative, so overall results will build over time as you go through your initial series of sessions. After your final treatment, your results will continue to improve for up to 3-4 months.
In order to keep the area smooth and sculpted, maintenance treatments will be needed every 2-3 months, depending on the person.
Q: What does the treatment feel like?
A: A Venus Bliss™ fat reduction treatment will start with a cooling phase for a few seconds where you’ll feel a slight chill from the applicators on your skin. You will then gradually feel the applicators getting warmer. Once the temperature builds, the applicators will switch to cooling mode again for a brief period to maintain the therapeutic temperature in the fat layer and to keep the treatment as comfortable as possible. This process of heating and cooling will continue for the duration of your treatment.
